This was the first time and unfortunately my last time renting a dress. The dress arrived on the day it was meant to, and was in perfect condition. Unfortunately the dress was a little too big for me and although this is not the sellers fault, I tried to contact them to ask if it could be returned early for a possible partial refund or a refund of the £20 cleaning fee, to which I got no response. Before I paid and rented the dress, the communication was excellent and then once I purchased, just zero communication. Even if the answer was no, it would have been polite to respond to a paying customer.

The dress is absolutely stunning and is in great condition. The renter sent it in good time with good communication and also provided a print out for the return address. Unfortunately I couldn’t fit into it as the brand doesn’t have any ‘give’ and I’m on the bigger side of a size 10 so something to be mindful of. If you’re a big size 10 then get a size 12.
