Karen was absolutely excellent. It was my first time using ByRotation, so I sent questions about sizing and she quickly responded with pictures and measurements. She sent the dress to arrive for the Saturday as my rental was due to start on the following Monday. She included postage labels and instructions for return. Would highly recommend!
