Bias cut with cowl neck and dipped back. I was able to easy wear a bra with it. The scarf is detachable via little buttons so can be worn wrapped around the neck, over the shoulder or left loose down the back.

For reference I am a size 8/10, bigger bust. This dress was a really lovely fit. It would fit both bigger busted and flatter chested profiles as it has a hook eye clasp to the front so the neckline can either be more open or hooked to offer a slightly more concealed neckline for those who would want less cleavage.
