Dress arrived a day late due to the seller using a slow and untracked cheaper delivery option, despite charging £10 for postage. Communication with the seller was difficult with slow replies. They seem nice but it was a stressful renting experience that I would not recommend.

This was the most amazing dress to borrow - I loved every second wearing it and has so many compliments. Charlotte’s so lovely and was great at communicating and accommodating pick ups/drop offs. 100% would recommend!
