This XS Norma Kamali dress is perfect for anyone that wants a modest piece with an elevated back. I’m a size 8 and this fits perfectly, it would also fit a 6 or a small 10. It’s very much full length as I’m 5,7 and wearing 2.5inch heels in the photo. It’s got an amazing swish at the bottom because of the heavy weight jersey. I love this dress because I occasionally suffer from acne on my chest and the turtle neck gives me full coverage.
