Dress arrived one day earlier than expected which was nice. Dress arrived with makeup marks around the neckline, and smelt of perfume. Unable to wear. Contacted the renter straight away. Informed me she sprayed the dress in case it arrived late. But didn’t explain marks. She then ignored my messages for a full week. Declined a refund. So I was out the cost of renting the items plus the cost of sending the items back in the post. Very disappointing!
