Wish I could give more stars! Karen went above and beyond, my panic message on Friday for a dress for Saturday due to mine that I had ordered not turning up. Great communication and really flexible with collection. Dress was beautiful and I felt a million dollars for my birthday meal. Will 100% be renting from Karen again. Thank you so much
