Halterneck gathered tier dress crafted from soft, lustrous fabric. Designed to drape loosely over the body with a shirred neckline and wide adjustable neck ties that frame the shoulders with a long, gathered-tiered skirt. The back features a keyhole opening with a short centre back seam.
