My very first rental with Kelly was fantastic! She was great communicating with me the whole way through. The dress was a tiny bit big on me around the waist but thankfully the dress has a tie at the back so I was able to tighten. The dress is a beautiful fit and I had so many compliments on the night! Kelly is a fab lender - she went the extra mile and had already checked if there would be any issues with delivery because of the postal strikes (which I hadn’t even considered!) Her extra attentiveness meant I got the dress on time. Her attentiveness even goes down to how the package arrives - housenotes given on returning etc - so easy and the little postcard note made me smile. Turning to the dress, sadly I was too merry to get a snap of it but it was gorgeous. True to size and a real show stopper even though it is not in your face. I had several compliments from people I didn’t know!
