Ordered for my 30th, dress delivered on time, unfortunately it didn’t fit me around the chest (too big), so I did not wear it, when I asked whether I could get a discount if I returned it the same day I received, the replies stopped! I know it’s not an obligation but would have been nice to have gone the extra mile or at least received a response to say that they don’t offer refunds.
