Phoebe was amazing. Due to a little glitch (no fault of Phoebes) there was an issue at the start but Phoebe rectified this at her own expense. The dress was incredible, so beautiful and perfect for a beach wedding. It smelt lovely and clean and was steamed, ready to wear. Exactly as described. Just perfect!! Thank you so much xxxx
