Unreasonable with refunds The dress arrived on time and I tried it on straight away, I messaged the owner immediately with concerns over the lining and the condition of the dress, which wasn’t in a ready to wear condition and didn’t look freshly dry cleaned to me. I sent it back early and requested a refund for days I no longer had the dress as well as the dry cleaning fee which was all denied. I felt this was unreasonable and as a first time renter, this has put me off future rentals.
