Dress arrived with a stain all the way down the front, damage to the side zip, hem was dirty and where the Devore is on the straps it meant you couldn’t adjust the straps and therefore the dress was wonky as the straps were different length. I reached out to the renter as soon as I noticed the response was “return it and I’ll refund you” however it was 9pm & I needed it the next morning for a Sunday wedding so no opportunity to get something else. The rent then completely ghosted me.
