5 stars isn’t enough! From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic. The dress is absolutely gorgeous, but what really stood out was the incredible customer service. Every question I had Roberta answered promptly and she went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident and happy throughout the entire process. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the care, kindness and professionalism shown made the experience so enjoyable.
