Hannah was an absolute lifesaver! I’d been let down by another rental that hadn’t arrived in time, and luckily Hannah had the same dress. She went above and beyond, getting it steamed and ready for me within hours so I could collect it locally. She even met me at the train station after my event so I could return it! She genuinely couldn’t have done more to help, and the dress was absolutely perfect. Such a lovely experience and I’ll definitely be renting from Hannah again. Thank you so much!
