Blue floral kourtney dress - reformation

Gorgeous midi dress perfect dressed up for weddings/graduations but also lovely dresses down. Adjustable straps and shirred back makes it a flexible fit with a flattering high slit. (First two photos the slit was pinned slightly as it was a very windy day. Final photo dress without pin!)
