Anna was so helpful in sending the dress out at the very last minute and was super communicative throughout. The dress is gorgeous, in perfect condition and I got several compliments throughout the day. The one thing I will say is that it runs very small. I am usually a UK 8-10 and this is listed as a UK12 and was almost too tight to fit. So either the listing is wrong or these dresses run 2 sizes smaller than usual (everything I'd read online suggested sizing up once would be enough). Would still wholeheartedly recommend renting it, but just something to bear in mind depending on your size.
