Lender was really responsive and got my order delivered on time. However, the dress was in poor condition and had stretch marks across seams and hand sewing to repair the slit at the back. I felt let down when received as I would have expected this to have been in the description as the damage was quite substantial. I was unable to get a replacement dress in time. From afar it looked great and received many compliments however only worn for 2hrs in the end as one of the seams had finally gave way. I messaged before my event with regards to the damage and was told not to worry.

The dress arrived in good time before the event and was packaged with care. The quality was fantastic and I received a log of comments on the print and fit. Communication was excellent too and I felt very looked after through the rental process. Thanks again for a lovely experience!

The dress was absolutely perfect for my event! This was my first time renting and it was such a smooth process, the dress was sent in plenty of time and came well packaged. Would definitely recommend
