Gorgeous Retrofete dress with a velvet belt around the waist and slit up the leg. This is a very heavy dress as fully embellished (hence postage and cleaning costing a little more - happy to discuss further). Looks incredible under the sun! I had this shortened so will fit 5”2 with high heels or someone who is taller with shorter heels/ flats.
