👎👎Worst rental experience I’ve had. Paid £110 for a dress that arrived late, not dry-cleaned & heavily perfumed/deodorant masked. Lender sent at very last possible moment during holiday rush - despite my requesting 2 months in advance, and reminding week beforehand. Zero communication - absolutely no replies. All message left on read. ByRotarion sided with seller despite the fact I paid £110 for a dress that arrived too late for me to wear, spent time frantically on the high street figuring out what to wear, then spent time and money shipping back. I’m deleting the app based on this experience.
