RIXO Neelu Sun Print Tie Front Top NEW (sample)

Neelu is a cropped top that ties in front & may be worn as a blouse or light jacket. Her feminine frills & hand-painted sun & floral print were inspired by Rixo’s co-Founder’s trip to Goa. NB: this is a sample item. Whilst I have yet to wear it, there’s a slight mark next to one a sun on a sleeve, hardly noticeable (see last photo).
