Dress arrived with pulls in the arm and rips above the zip, informed owner of this who said they were aware and it was just wear and tear. Sent the dress back first class (admittedly not tracked) but after a week I received a message saying it hadn’t turned up, spoken to very rudely for 2 days saying I will have to pay for missed rentals and accused of taking the dress on holiday with me, after sending proof of postage I was then told the dress had finally arrived with no apology or anything. Not a nice experience but nice dress at least

Gorgeous dress! Claudia sent the dress early so I had time to try it on and was generally very helpful and communicative. I got so many compliments about the dress and it was perfect for the wedding. The dress is relatively loose fitting too so would fit lots of different bodies. Highly recommend!
