Cicely Velvet Heeled Pumps

Elegant, hand-crafted, royal blue velvet heels. Pointed toes and v-cut ankle detail. Fun gold flash on the inside of the heel. Heel height 3.25" / 8cm.

Only worn once but there are a few minor wear marks on the velvet. These are hardly noticeable once they're on your feet!
