Emma was so nice and went out of her way to ensure I got the bag on time. It was even delivered early! So affordable for an item in such great condition. Her communication was 10/10. I would rent from her again & I highly recommend to the renters out there. Thank you Emma! x

Emma was really lovely, had good communication and replied quickly, she even suggested meeting up instead of postal delivery to ensure I got the bag on time, and the bag itself is beautiful, and in great condition! 10/10
