This is a US size 0 and equates to a UK size 4 however I find Sau Lee sizing to be very generous especially given that the fit on a cheongsam should be tight. I am a UK size 6-8 and would say this would even fit a UK 8.

It’s Very long though I’m wearing very high heels and I’m 5ft 9.
Size 8 is actually too big for me.
