Alice was a great lender, prompt and helpful communication from the off (was my first time renting so she walked me through the process), and even sent the dress earlier than asked for! The dress itself was beautiful for Ascot, fit perfectly and was like new. Lots of compliments on the dress! Would absolutely rent again from this lender.
