Self-portrait navy floral midi dress

Midi length dress with a pleated skirt, sweetheart neckline, long sleeves, slight cut out details to the bust and thin halterneck ties (optional as can also tie at the front). I would also say that it’s more like a size 11 (if that ever existed) as it does come up slightly small. I have previously worn a size 10 in this and it was slightly tight.
