I’m a size 8-10 UK, 5”5 and fits me well. It’s a very easy style to wear so would fit someone slightly smaller or bigger. 

I’ve had it professionally taken in each side ~5cm (see photo of inside seam) so it’s slightly more fitted than original fit but it’s still loose fitting / A-line (original fit was baggy).
