Dress is stunning, but sadly the experience was stressful. The lender didn’t reply until 7pm on the day it was due, leaving me unsure if it had even been sent. Tracking came late that night, and Royal Mail didn’t attempt proper delivery despite someone being home. The dress arrived just 30 mins before my train and hadn’t been cleaned, it smelt of BO, so I had to wash it last-minute. Disappointing overall, especially after I’d flagged concerns in advance.
