Navy Sleeper Atlanta Dress

This Atlanta midi dress is cut from breathable linen in navy. The smocked bodice balances out the voluminous puffed sleeves, which can be pulled down to create an off-the-shoulder silhouette. I wore this pregnant and not pregnant it works great with both!
