Renting from Karen Anna was great! She was communicative, organised and clear from the beginning. She got the item to me before my event and was understanding of my delay returned. She asked for a delay fee which did not shock or offend me as she had stated these terms and conditions in her initial messages and profile. I got non stop compliments on her lovely jacket, a beautiful, fun piece for a spring wedding! Overall a great experience renting from Karen Anna and would do it again. Thank you!
