This dress is absolutely stunning - I got compliments all night and genuinely felt like a princess wearing it. It is so glamorous and elegant. Jess is an exceptional By Rotation lender and really goes above and beyond. Without me even asking, she kindly sent the dress a few days early so I had plenty of time to try it on before my event. As it turned out, the gown was slightly too long, and Jess was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to make temporary alterations so it fit perfectly. The whole experience was seamless from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from Jess again. Highly recommend!
