Karen is an excellent lender! Such good and regular communication and the items are sent in such beautiful condition, after clearly being cleaned before receipt. Came in a protective bag and with a lovely Pantone colour card, clearly outlining return instructions. The dress is a beauty! It was a little on the larger side for me, but fitted well enough for a gorgeous winter wedding :)
