This blue Taller Marmo Mrs. Ross fringed kaftan dress is made in Italy and designed for a loose fit. It features a wrap neck tie, wide sleeves, keyhole and button fastening to the nape, and full-length waterfall hemline. Hopefully we won't run into each other wearing it, because we're about to add it to our bag and it’s a stunner!
