Awful experience with this lender. Charged an extra £57 due to post office staff not working on a Sunday. Posting her dress on Saturday night or Sunday morning would have her dress back on the agreed Tuesday before 12. ( the quickest service possible) She wanted it posted Saturday night ( guaranteed Tuesday before 12 delivery) rather than Sunday am ( guaranteed Tuesday before 12 delivery) . Both have the same outcome . Dress returned spotless to her on Tuesday before 12 as planned. ( the earliest you can get when posting Saturday night or Sunday morning). No genuine reason for this charge, she had no other lenders requesting the dress it didn’t effect her in any way as it was always due back to her on tuesday at 12 . Simply a case of greed.
