Not a great experience. Lender posted the item out on the first day of the rental so it was already going to be late. It was then delayed in transit and didn't arrive till the 4th day of the rental. I asked initially to extend for the missing days but the item was going back out, Beth agreed to pay a partial refund for the missing days then refused the refund request offering instead a 50% of next rental commitment to get more money out of me instead of just refunding for the missing days. I would not recommend.
