Literally had more than the perfect experience - was allowed to collect almost a week in advance as I was worried it wouldn’t fit me and that I’d have no time to find an alternative (it was for a wedding). When it didn’t end up fitting, Holly offered for me to come back and swap it for a different outfit she had from the same brand which was a size bigger which fit PERFECTLY. Basically saved my skin?
