My first time renting. Great communication from Sam and arrived all on time! I did have to pay for an extra day as my rental ended on a Sunday and post offices aren’t open, so this seems a bit of a by rotation issue. The dress arrived with pen on and a small stain and then I was charged £15 for dry cleaning. I did get another stain on the dress that was dry clean only though.
