Andrea’s communication ahead of rental was fantastic- she really went the extra mile with suggestion of matching hat, and she was clearly concerned to have the dress with me in good time. It was in immaculate condition and sent in a mailing box so it arrived in good / I wrinkled condition for the event. My first rental, and an excellent advert for the site. The dress itself is really lovely - my recommendation would be that you need to be at least 5ft 4 or have long torso because it’s important that the zip sits straight at the back.
