It comes without belt, there are no belt loops, and it’s typically worn without, either open, or wrapped like a bathrobe. You can style it the Isabel Marant belt also listed.

Suzanne Trench Coat

A streamlined version of a winter puffer jacket with a collarless neckline and oversized fit. It is lightweight which allows for layering with a shirt or jumper making it perfect for the winter and cooler spring/summer evenings.

XS/S though the label at the back says M. The L/XL  seems to say the same. Since it’s an oversized fit it would suit a size 6-14.
