A wholly unsatisfactory experience! I rented the silk Toteme co-ord which arrived stained and with a pull on the left shoulder! I’d rented this at a cost of £150 and was unable to wear it to a friend’s 50th birthday party celebration! It was returned unworn and the renter advised that no refund would be given!! Please do exercise caution when renting from this lender! If I could give zero stars I would 😢
