It’s always a pleasure to rent from Karen, which is why I keep coming back time and time again. She is a constant professional and she always goes above and beyond to make sure you have a brilliant rental experience from start to finish. She’s very communicative and can’t do enough to make sure you’re comfortable with the item before you receive it whether that means measuring the item for you, showing your pictures of it on, directing you to feedback of other renters etc she’s absolutely brilliant. 10/10
