Jacket was gorgeous and arrived on time. When returning the post office said part of the return label was missing so I had to pay £11 to get it back on time!! So this is added to my cost I already paid (£6) . This is something that might put me off as it makes it more hassle and expensive. Also, I did politely message the hirer to say this had happened and didn’t get a reply.
