Wyse isobel velvet dress

A great seasonal dress, the Isobel has been elevated to eveningwear in soft velvet. With a flattering high ruffle collar, covered buttons, structured puff shoulders and elbow-length sleeves, it's slimming and skimming (thanks to a little added Lycra).
