The bag was in perfect condition and clearly well looked after. Delivery was late, however, she kindly sent the following day via RM Special Delivery in time for my event and extended the renting period by a day. I would highly recommend Erica if you are thinking of renting from her.

This was my first rental and such a great experience. The bag was gorgeous as you would expect. It arrived with me so quickly despite me making a really last minute request, communication was excellent and the note and little treat included in the package were so nice.
