Never received the suit and refund rejected by the lender. Item posted the evening before the rental period so no time for any mistakes from Royal Mail. Such an unfortunate experience which will make me extremely hesitant to rent again, such a shame after having an amazing experience with my 2 other rentals for my ski trip on this app!
