Stunning & bright floral silk slip dress from 1990s Irish designer Penelope Mahon (found a great Irish Times article on her from 1996!). 

Dress is a beautiful 100% silk and falls so gracefully on your body. Neckline has a slight cowl neck and skinny straps really accentuate the shoulders and back. Similar to Rat & Boa maxis with a unique vintage twist - I've never seen this pattern anywhere else! 

Perfect for spring and summer weddings, parties, races, etc. I wore her to the Venice Film Festival and got so many compliments. I'm 5'8" size 12 and it fit wonderfully.
