This is a sample dress purchased from Whistles, it was produced in a light blue and the description can be seen below. However the navy version was never released and I absolutely love it, was perfect at a wedding and for black tie events.

Modern and minimal, this maxi dress makes for an effortless statement. The design features feminine details such as a sweetheart neckline, small bardot sleeve, fitted full-length silhouette and a cut-out waist at the back.
