How to Rent
1. Choose Your Rental
Browse over 150,000 items on the app. Find listings in your local area using the ‘Rentals Near Me’ tool. Filter by colour, size, brand and more to find your perfect rental in under 2 minutes.
2. Send Rental Requests
Select your dates and enter your delivery details to submit your rental request. Communicate directly with your Lender through our secure messaging system. You’ll only be charged once the rental is accepted.
3. Receive Your Rental
You can arrange delivery or in person collection of your rental. Receive your item and enjoy your rotated look!
4. Leave A Review
Once you have completed and returned your rental, you can leave a review. Share your rotated look on social media by tagging @byrotation.

How to Lend
1. List Your Wardrobe
List your item in under 2 minutes. Select 3+ photos of your item, choose the category and write a clear description. Photos of yourself, your friends or past renters wearing the item generate the most interest.
2. Approve Rental Requests
You have the choice to approve or decline all rental requests you receive. Communicate directly with your potential Renter via our secure messaging system.
3. Send Your Rental
Once you have accepted a rental request, either send the item to the Renter or arrange a time and place for collection. When your rental is complete, the Renter will send it back ,and you are responsible for cleaning your item before its next rental.
4. Get Paid
Once your rental is completed, leave feedback for your fellow Rotators! Payment will be available in your balance within 1 - 2 days. Pay for your next rental using your earnings with our Wallet Feature.

Damage & Loss
On a case-by-case basis, By Rotation will step in to resolve conflicts between Lenders & Renters and reimburse due to damage or loss. Please include all evidence, receipts, proof of purchase and details in your claim. You can create a ticket in the Profile section on the app.
