List an item on our app in under 2 minutes. Select up to 4 photos for your listing, choose the item category, and write a clear description. Make sure you use the best photos possible: photos of yourself, your friends or past renters wearing the item generate the most interest.
You have the choice to approve or decline all rental requests that you receive. Communicate directly with your potential renter via our secure messaging system.
Once you have accepted a rental request, either send the item to the renter, or arrange a time and place for collection. When your rental is complete, the renter will send it back and you are responsible for cleaning your item before its next rental.
Once your rental is completed, payment to your bank account will be processed within 8-10 days. Leave honest feedback for your fellow Rotators!
Browse over listings on the app (you can filter items by colour, size, brand, and more!) and request to rent an item in under 2 minutes.
Select the dates you are looking to rent for, send the rental request and communicate directly with your lender about the item via our secure messaging system. You will be charged once the rental has been accepted.
You can arrange delivery or collection of your rental. Receive your item and enjoy your rotated look!
Once you have completed and returned your rental, you can leave honest feedback for your fellow Rotators and share your rotated look on social media, tagging @byrotation!
Lenders are ultimately responsible for cleaning and can add a cleaning fee if the item is delicate. Read our tips on how to care for your clothing here.
Renters are ultimately responsible for the item's receipt and return. Parties may rotate an item either in-person at a convenient public location, through Tracked Royal Mail with receipts.
All users on the app require verification before they can enter into any rental agreement. Some items require existing reviews before they can be rented. Our peer-review system ensures a trusted and safe community for all.
