Amazing maxi skirt by designer Chan Luu. Long, black sequins, stretchy band with zipper and hook closure lined with soft black fabric. The sequins are under a thin, mesh-like material. The sequins themselves are black with a matte finish but they do reflect the light. If they don’t have light to reflect, you can almost not see them (as shown in the last photo where the light is blocked from the top). Fit And Flare Stretchy Maxi Skirt Size XS (but fits a “Small” comfortably).
